Date: September 23, 2001
Location: Union Square Theatre and City Crab Restaurant

September 23 marked the final pre-hiatus performance of BAT BOY THE MUSICAL. It was an emotionally charged performance, but the company was sure the Bat would fly again, and it did, reopening at the Union Square Theatre a mere three weeks later. But on this night, the cast partied away at nearby City Crab restaurant and celebrated a wonderful run.
